    What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Effectively resolve customer inquiries in a considerate and timely manner via email, phone, and chat
  • Compose thoughtful, personalized responses for a variety of customer requests
  • Triage incoming requests and identify trends in customer issues to flag for the team
  • Document bugs for the Engineering teams and communicate technical problems clearly
  • Contribute to team goals and share knowledge through mentorship and collaboration
    What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Must be located within the greater Salt Lake City, UT area
  • Passionate about customer support and its role in a customer-centric team
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to communicate technical problems tactfully and clearly
  • Demonstrated empathy, diplomacy, and poise under pressure
    How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience in the FinTech industry
  • Prior experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in a support function
  • Currently hold or have recently held a Series 7 and/or 63 securities license
  • Willingness to work overtime
