What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Oversee the recruitment, screening, interviewing, and referral of applicants for employment at all levels
? Develop recruitment plans and strategies in partnership with hiring managers to promote a diverse workforce
? Maintain accurate recruitment files and prepare reports on applicant flow and interview outcomes
? Conduct audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity in recruitment processes
? Establish and enhance positive work relationships with staff, faculty, and administrators

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? Associate's degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Administrative Leadership, Public Administration, or related field
? Four (4) years of related occupational experience in human resources, specifically performing recruitment activities
? Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations relevant to recruiting and employment
? Ability to communicate effectively through both oral and written means
? Proficiency in computer software specific to the position, including spreadsheets and the Internet

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Administrative Leadership, Public Administration, or related field
? Two (2) years of related occupational experience in human resources, including recruitment activities
? SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) or Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification
? Knowledge of diversity and inclusion strategies
? Experience in organizing and processing large volumes of applications for employment
