Shift-1st shift-8Am to 5Pm
Description
Your days will include sourcing candidates through various channels, partnering with Hiring Managers on interview and selection procedures, and hosting or participating in hiring events. To succeed in this role, you should develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with hiring managers and potential hires. You will also create robust talent pipelines for our company?s current and future hiring needs.
What Your Day-to-day Will Look Like
? Coordinating with hiring managers to identify workforce needs
? Conducting strategy calls and determining selection criteria
? Sourcing potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks), sourcing platforms, and responses to posted positions
? Planning interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews
? Assessing candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System (Avature)
? Working with Hiring Managers to create impactful job descriptions and potential interview questions that reflect each position?s requirements
? Participating in employer branding initiatives
? Organizing and attending career fairs and recruitment events
? Fostering long-term relationships with past applicants, potential candidates, education partners, and business leaders
To Thrive In This Role, You Have
? Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Professional or similar role
? Adept with social media, resume databases, and professional networks (Factory Fix, LinkedIn, etc.)
? Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
? Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills in addition to sourcing and presentation skills
? A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
? 4-year degree in Human Resources Management or a relevant field
