What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Consult with leaders to understand the requirements and qualifications for vacant positions
? Screen and select qualified candidates for the interviewing phase
? Conduct reference and credential checks to verify candidate backgrounds
? Organize and attend job fairs and other networking opportunities
? Prepare and extend job offers to selected candidates

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? At least two years of human resources or related experience required
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an aptitude for conducting interviews
? Strong organizational skills
? Thorough understanding of EEO, ADA, and other related employment laws and guidelines
? Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field preferred
? SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred
? SHRMs Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential is a plus
? Experience with Workday is a plus
