What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Recruit for community positions, primarily focusing on front-line roles
? Identify talent and build applicant pipelines through various outreach methods
? Coordinate and advertise recruitment events, including job fairs
? Maintain a passive applicant pool and inform hiring managers of viable candidates
? Ensure compliance with recruitment processes, legal practices, and key performance metrics

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? 1-2 years of high-volume recruiting experience, preferably in a multi-site, agency, or healthcare environment
? Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred; equivalent experience will also be considered
? Strong written and verbal communication skills
? Ability to manage multiple duties and priorities with exceptional organizational skills
? Previous experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably iCIMS

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Previous training experience highly desired
? Strong sourcing background and knowledge of recruitment job boards and platforms
