The budget is mentioned per video, for each video similar or larger amount can be paid based on the complexity and based skills, and quality provided more budget can be increased. The editor should have the infrastructure ready and also maintain the work ethic. Team size can be increased in the future based on our growth and we can develop more like a big established YouTube channel and be ready to help in the future

I'm designer myself with experience in Movie editing and Animation software, since I don't have time I'm planning to hire someone...
