Job Summary:

Position: Technical Support Advisor for Apple Company

Salary: $20 per hour

Working Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week

As a Technical Support Advisor for Apple Company, you will be responsible for providing technical support to customers who are experiencing issues with their Apple products. 5. Escalate complex issues to higher level support teams

6. Stay up-to-date on Apple products and services

7. Meet performance metrics and goals set by the company

Educational Qualifications:
