What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Plan, lead, and implement parenting, educational, and recreational activities
• Build positive relationships with program participants
• Manage group of children and enforce agency policies
• Counsel youth through personal problems
• Provide input into development of treatment plans
What is Required (Qualifications):
• Minimum of 6-month experience in human services or Child Welfare Field
• Associate's degree in Human Services field preferred
• Reliable transportation with a valid driver's license and vehicle insurance
• Experience with computer software and Trauma Informed Care
• Detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated, with good written and verbal communication skills
