Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment


• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience


• Proficiency in telehealth platforms and electronic health records (EHR)


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Ability to work independently and manage a caseload


• Knowledge of wellness and preventive care practices


• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual nursing care and consultations to patients via telehealth


• Develop and implement personalized wellness plans for patients


• Conduct patient assessments and document findings in EHR


• Offer medical advice and education on preventive care and wellness practices


• Coordinate care with other healthcare providers and specialists


• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed


• Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred


• Current and unrestricted RN license

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience


• Experience in telehealth or remote patient care is a plus
