Key Responsibilities: ? Respond to chat and tele chat inquiries promptly and professionally ? Build and maintain positive client relationships with personalized support ? Troubleshoot technical issues to ensure a seamless experience ? Provide accurate information about services, pricing, and policies ? Collaborate with the team to enhance the customer experience ? Follow up with clients to ensure their needs are met ? Maintain proper documentation of interactions

Requirements: ? 1 year of customer support experience, preferably in live chat or tele chat ? Excellent verbal and written communication skills ? Strong problem-solving abilities ? Comfortable with technology and troubleshooting ? Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment ? Positive attitude and passion for helping others
