What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Handle inbound calls and make outbound sales inquiries using advanced contact center technology
? Resolve customer issues and provide technical support
? Identify sales opportunities and apply sales skills to upgrade customer accounts
? Explain and position products and services during customer interactions
? Ensure first call resolution through effective problem-solving and call handling

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? Must be 18 years of age or older
? High school diploma or equivalent
? Experience with data entry using a computer
? Ability to read and speak English fluently
? Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? One (1) year of experience in customer service, technical support, inside sales, or administrative support in a contact center environment
? State or Federal work experience
