Become a Customer Service Advisor (m/f/d) for our service team at Concentrix Berlin and help us deliver exceptional customer experiences for one of the world's biggest, most well-known and leading social media companies.

Working within our friendly and supportive team:
? Answer customer inquiries from advertisers and agencies (small and medium-sized businesses) in UKRAINIAN
? Thanks to your professional customer advice and... solution suggestions, the advertising effectiveness of your customers improves.
? Implementation of social media marketing measures via chat, email, telephone and social media messenger.
? You contribute to excellent customer service from the start and continuously develop ideas to improve customer satisfaction and the customer advertising experience.

Your Skills:
? Online advertising experience is desirable
? Experience in a service-related environment is desirable
? Excellent communication skills and knowledge of Ukrainian (written and spoken minimum C1) and very good knowledge of English (minimum B2)
? Affinity for social media and active social media users
? Ability to multitask and high stress resistance
