Providers who provide care for our members will be supported by the Provider Customer Services Call and Chat Representative. By phone call or concurrent chat, it is their responsibility to respond to questions about benefits and eligibility, billing and payments, clinical authorizations, EOB, and behavioral health.

Monday through Friday, this position is full-time (40 hours per week). During our normal business hours of 10:35 AM to 7:05 PM CST, employees must be able to work any of our eight-hour shift schedules. Given the requirements of the business, it may be necessary to work weekends, holidays, and/or occasional overtime.

We provide paid training for 12 weeks. From Monday through Friday, training hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. CST. Virtual training will be provided from your home.

As you take on challenging tasks, you will have the option to work remotely* if you are based in the state of Florida.

Principal Obligations:
