Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Field Service Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals who have a strong background in technical troubleshooting, maintenance, and support. As a UPS Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing on-site technical support, performing preventive maintenance, and resolving any equipment or service issues to ensure optimal performance of UPS systems.

Key Responsibilities: ? Perform regular preventive maintenance and repair of UPS systems at customer sites. ? Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and software issues for UPS equipment. ? Provide on-site technical support and respond to emergency service calls. ? Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective solutions to any UPS-related issues. ? Maintain accurate records of service activities, parts used, and work performed. ? Collaborate with other team members to support continuous improvement initiatives. ? Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

Qualifications: ? Technical degree or equivalent experience in electronics, electrical engineering, or a related field. ? Proven experience in troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of UPS systems or similar electrical equipment. ? Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. ? Excellent customer service skills and the ability to interact with clients professionally. ? Ability to work in various environments and conditions. ? Valid driver?s license with a clean driving record.
