Responsibilities: ? Assist with daily living activities: personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration ? Offer companionship and emotional support ? Adhere to HIPAA regulations and respect client rights ? Follow Care Plans and deliver personal care services ? Complete visit documentation and time sheets ? Communicate client care needs and changes ? Coordinate with agency staff for effective care delivery

Requirements: ? Home Care Aide (HCA) Certification (Required) ? 2+ year of experience in home care, assisted living, or caregiving preferred ? Ability to lift, transfer patients, and perform physical tasks ? Knowledge of HIPAA regulations ? Strong communication and interpersonal skills ? Willingness to collaborate with healthcare professionals ? California Driver's License (Required) ? Ability to work weekends and US holidays ? Relocate to Los Angeles, CA before starting work
