Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with other support team members to provide comprehensive solutions.
  • Continuously update knowledge about company products and services.
  • Assist in identifying and reporting common customer issues to improve overall service quality.

Qualifications:

  • Military veteran status is Bonus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using online chat platforms and other digital communication tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Flexible availability to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends if needed.
