The Responsibilities
? Create a sales strategy aligned with Teleperformance?s global framework, driving growth for our TaaS solutions while complementing existing efforts.
? Formulate detailed business plans with clear goals, actions, and success metrics to exceed objectives in areas like CCaaS, Conversational AI, Cloud, Automation, and IT Services.
? Oversee the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation, ensuring alignment with leadership and client needs.
? Align strategies with Teleperformance?s 'Employer of Choice' positioning to attract clients who value people-first services.
? Use personal networks to unlock new markets and drive growth in regions including Poland, Romania, Colombia, Egypt, India, and the Philippines.
? Work with the Bid/Proposal team to craft compelling presentations and proposals tailored to client needs across technology offerings.
? Drive negotiations with clients, securing favorable terms and fostering long-term partnerships.
? Build and maintain strong relationships with new clients, ensuring successful delivery and long-term satisfaction.
? Promote Teleperformance?s values and ethical practices, fostering a positive work environment that attracts top talent.
? Organize virtual and physical site visits to showcase our global capabilities and technology services.
? Assist U.S. sales teams in developing unique selling propositions and positioning TaaS solutions effectively.
? Manage Salesforce to track sales activities and business development efforts.
? Focus on personal sales performance, client acquisition, and closing large deals while collaborating globally.

The First-Year Objectives
? In the first year, this individual will focus on acquiring key clients across various industries.
? The role will focus on implementing proactive demand-generation strategies to identify business opportunities and build strong relationships with C-suite executives and key stakeholders.
? Collaboration with market development and solutions teams will be essential to create a steady pipeline of qualified leads, ensuring that at least 60% progress to opportunities.
? Additionally, this individual will focus on educating clients on Teleperformance's innovation solutions, contributing to positive feedback on our service offerings.

The Qualifications
? 10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, in technology services or outsourcing, with at least 5 years in business development focused on large-scale technology solutions.
? Strong understanding of IT services and solutions, including Cloud, Automation, AI, App Development, and Managed Services.
? Demonstrated ability to hunt for new business, penetrate new markets, and close large enterprise deals.
? Proven experience working with global teams and selling services across multiple geographies, especially in markets where our service hubs are located.
? Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills to influence and inspire both internal and external stakeholders.
? Extensive experience selling to C-level executives and other high-level decision-makers.
? Proficient in sales strategy development, customer relationship management, and market analysis.
? Ability to understand market needs and collaborate with solution teams to create innovative industry solutions.
? Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field; an MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
