Vice President of Business Development - Outsourcing BPO Services
The Opportunity | VP of Business Development ? Outsourcing BPO Sales
We seek dynamic and experienced sales professionals to join our team as Global Business Shared Services Outsourcing Sales Leaders. In this role, you will drive sales growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities in the global market for shared services outsourcing, including Human Resources, Finance ... Accounting, Information Technology, and Niche Services.
As a VP of Business Development ? Outsourcing BPO Sales, Your Role Will Include?
? Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new clients for shared services outsourcing (F&A, HRO, IT BPO, BPO Niche Services).
? Identify key decision-makers within target organizations and build strong relationships to drive sales opportunities.
? Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and specific challenges potential clients face.
? Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations showcasing the benefits of our shared services model, highlighting improved efficiency, reduced administrative burden, and access to HR expertise.
? Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure mutually beneficial partnerships for outsourcing.
? Collaborate with internal teams, including talent acquisition, benefits administration, and employee relations, to ensure seamless service delivery and exceed client expectations.
? Regularly update clients on the status of their HR operations, address any concerns, and proactively suggest process improvements aligned with best practices.
? Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue projections.
? Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings relevant to outsourcing/shared services, including compliance changes and regulatory updates.
What Will You Need to Succeed?
? Bachelor?s degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
? Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the outsourcing or shared services industry for Human Resources, F&A, IT Outsourcing, and/or BPO Niche Services and business processes.
? Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
? Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
? Experience in global sales and working with cross-functional teams is a plus.
? Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
? Good understanding of CX-related digital technologies; Digital Transformation a plus
? Strong negotiation and business management skills
? Analytical thinking, proactive attitude, strong written and oral communication skills
? Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork mindset
? Must be detail-oriented with the ability to be productive and accountable and work under tight deadlines when needed.
