Position Description
Realign (Jobtest.org) is looking for a multi-talented Virtual Assistant to join our team, focusing on both Operations and Client Support. This role is central to our mission, involving a diverse range of responsibilities from operational support to direct client interaction and administrative tasks.
What You?ll Do
? Offer comprehensive customer support, handling client inquiries via Email and Live Chat.
? Assist with scheduling, rescheduling, and overall appointment management.
? Collaboratively work with career coaches, providing necessary support for their operations.
? Manage various back-office tasks, including invoice auditing, data organization, and administrative support.
? Support the CEO with a variety of dynamic tasks as the company evolves.
? Conduct internet research, and assist in link-building, email campaigns, and SEO projects.
? Handle administrative projects, email management, and other operational duties as needed.

What You?ll Bring
? Excellent proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
? At least 3 years of experience in areas like customer support, recruitment, administrative tasks, or SEO.
? Experience in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments is strongly preferred.
? Proficiency in digital tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, and customer support software.
Time Commitment
Full-time position, requiring availability Monday - Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM ET.
Location
Fully remote, allowing work from any professional environment.
