Key Responsibilities
? Check voicemail multiple times a day and call back within appropriate time
? Send intake form via email
? Schedule clients
? Organize files in Google Drive
? Send follow up emails as needed
? Send reminders
? Jump in with other ad hoc tasks / projects as needed
? Platforms:
? Google Suite

Requirements
? Knowledge / experience with a clinical psychologist (a plus)
? Bilingual, English and Spanish (a plus)
? High emotional intelligence
? Very professional
? Good grammar and ability to write
? Intuitively organized
? Detail oriented
? Self-starter
? 5 hours per week (may increase depending on workload)
? Eastern, Central, Mountain, or Pacific Time Zone
