Virtual Assistant
Should have experience in real estate and being comfortable talking to potential leads. Compensation will be paid to virtually assistant after providing qualified leads and conversion. Monday-Saturday part time.
Responsibilities...
Looking for an individual who has at least 2 years with Real Estate knowleadge. You should be able to call, follow up and virtually meet leads to convert to appointments. You should be creating opportunity to find sellers and/or buyers who want to sell or buy a home. The main source of seller leads will be expired, withdrawn, FSBO and FRBO leads.
Qualifications
Communication Skills: Should have excellent communication skills, verbal and written.Being Bilingual is a plus.
Tech Savy: Should be able to learn a real estate CRM system and other softwares to save, follow up and connect with leads. Should be able to virtually meet through zoom or google meet to meet leads if needed.
Organization and Time Management: The ability to organize and prioritize tasks is essential. A virtual assistant should efficiently manage schedules, appointments, and follow-ups to ensure that leads are effectively nurtured.
Research Skills: Conducting market research and gathering information on potential leads or properties can be part of the virtual assistant's responsibilities. Research skills are valuable for staying updated on market trends and understanding client preferences.
Customer Service Orientation: Providing excellent customer service is crucial in real estate. A virtual assistant should be friendly, professional, and attentive to the needs of potential clients, creating a positive and lasting impression.
Confidentiality and Trustworthiness: Real estate deals often involve sensitive information. A virtual assistant must prioritize confidentiality and demonstrate trustworthiness in handling client details and proprietary data.
Adaptability: The real estate market is dynamic, and strategies for lead generation may need to evolve. A virtual assistant should be adaptable, open to learning new tools or techniques, and able to adjust to changes in the industry.
Multitasking Ability: Managing multiple leads and tasks simultaneously is common in real estate. A virtual assistant should be able to handle a variety of responsibilities efficiently without compromising quality.
By possessing these qualities, a virtual assistant can play a crucial role in supporting the real estate professional in their lead generation efforts and contribute to the overall success of the real estate business
