Core Responsibilities: ? Prepare a summary based reporting dashboard with insights to drive internal & external innovation within the organization. ? Proactively find and optimize internal operating bottlenecks through the creation and updating of workflows & systems. ? Onboard new clients, assess their business using data collected to draw conclusions and assist them in building momentum. ? Manage email communications with clients and coaches in a timely and effective manner. ? Plan, launch, implement and oversee projects across the organization. ? Support revenue operations of the organization. ? Manage and update KPIs

Qualifications: ? A technical, engineering, or business degree, or degree in a related field OR 1-3 years of professional experience in handling various tools, projects, and accounts. ? Strong analytical skills with careful attention to detail. ? Strong written and verbal communication skills. ? Ability to effectively plan and manage multiple projects simultaneously. ? Strong work ethic & high level of integrity. ? Excellent time management skills. ? Strong familiarity with Google Workspace and various business software. ? Preference of familiarity with Asana, Zapier, APIs, Airtable, WAVE, and Zoom. These are all required! ? Based in the U.S.
