Growup Group Virtual Assistant (VA) Hiring for a full-time and part-time remote position, specializing in non-technical tasks. Your work week consists of six days, with Saturdays off, and your hours are from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM IST. As a VA, your role involves supporting our clients, both local and international, in various areas such as executive support, research, and social media management. Our selection process includes telephone and video interviews, assessments, and a preliminary project. We?re looking for individuals with strong communication skills, relevant qualifications, a minimum of 2 years? experience.

Key Responsibilities: ? A VA is a remote employee deployed on one or more jobs post-training to our Indian/International Clients. ? Assigned clients upon nearing completion of training; permanent job nature with retention rate depending on VA. ? Trained in various domains listed below, deployed based on training performance and client requirements. ? Two kinds of virtual assistants: Half Virtual Assistant (4 hours) and Full Virtual Assistant (8 hours).
