Key Responsibilities

? Travel and Event Assistance: Assist with travel arrangements and event planning as needed.
? Research and Data Entry: Conduct internet research and perform data entry tasks accurately.
? Customer Service: Provide exemplary customer service support to our clients.
? Reporting and Presentation: Assist in creating and updating reports and presentations.
? Coordination: Coordinate with team members and external contacts seamlessly.
? Social Media Management: Manage and update social media accounts to enhance our online presence.
? Bookkeeping Support: Handle basic bookkeeping and invoicing tasks efficiently.
? Project Management: Assist with project management and task coordination as required.
? General Administrative Tasks: Perform various office administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
? Email Management: Assist in managing email and other communications effectively.
? Virtual Meeting Support: Support in organizing and conducting virtual meetings efficiently.
? Software Management: Assist in managing various software and tools utilized by the team.
Requirements
? Proficiency in MS Office suite and familiarity with online tools.
? Excellent time management and organizational skills.
? Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
? Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
? High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
? Familiarity with basic bookkeeping and invoicing procedures.
? Prioritization skills and ability to meet deadlines consistently.
? Tech-savvy and comfortable with virtual communication tools.
? Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills.
? Capability to thrive in a remote/virtual work environment.
? Understanding of social media platforms and their management.
