What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Manage client banking relationships with an advice-based approach to provide tailored products and services
? Engage and educate customers, establishing trust and building lasting relationships
? Collaborate with Specialists to connect clients with experts for specialized financial needs
? Proactively address potential issues to enhance the client experience
? Share and set up self-service options for clients to access their accounts 24/7

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? Minimum of 1 year of experience in banking or financial services with a track record of client acquisition and relationship management
? High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent
? Strong financial planning skills and adherence to banking regulations
? Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
? Availability to work during Virtual Branch hours, including weekends and evenings
