Identify and escalate priority issues

High School Diploma or GED
Prior airline reservations system experience preferred
At least 1 year of call center experience
Valid driver?s license and reliable Internet service
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

Fluency in Spanish or Japanese
Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
