Key Responsibilities
? Handle inbound calls from customers, addressing inquiries and providing information about our luxury products and services.
? Assist customers with their orders, including tracking, returns, and any concerns they may have.
? Ensure a positive customer experience by actively listening and providing effective solutions.
? Document interactions in our customer management system for future reference and improvement.
? Participate in training sessions to enhance your product knowledge and customer service skills.
? Collaborate with team members to create a supportive and encouraging work atmosphere.
? Maintain a positive attitude and professionalism during all interactions.
? No previous experience is required; all training will be provided.
? Fluency in English is necessary; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
? Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, engaging demeanor.
? Strong desire to help customers and resolve their issues effectively.
? Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage your time well.
? Basic computer skills and familiarity with phone systems are beneficial.
