• Provide accurate, valid, and comprehensive information using provided tools and resources.


• Handle customer complaints by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives.


• Follow up to ensure resolution and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.


• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.


• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

Requirements

• Strong typing and computer navigation skills.


• Good communication skills, including reading, writing, and speaking.


• Ability to stay calm and focused in high-pressure situations.


• High school diploma or equivalent.


• Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.


• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.


• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
