? Provide accurate, valid, and comprehensive information using provided tools and resources.
? Handle customer complaints by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives.
? Follow up to ensure resolution and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
? Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
? Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

Requirements
? Strong typing and computer navigation skills.
? Good communication skills, including reading, writing, and speaking.
? Ability to stay calm and focused in high-pressure situations.
? High school diploma or equivalent.
? Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
? Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
? Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
