Key Responsibilities: ? Provide outstanding customer service to health insurance clients via phone, email, and chat. ? Effectively communicate with customers to address their inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information. ? Accurate data entry into CRM and Excel files ? Analyze customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions. ? Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM. ? Make our Customers Smile and want to do business with us

Qualifications: ? Bilingual: Proficiency in English, with the ability to speak and understand Spanish. ? Experience: Previous experience in a call center or customer-facing role, with a strong focus on customer service. ? Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to solve problems and build rapport with customers. ? Technical Skills: At least 1 year of experience using Excel; ability to type accurately and efficiently. ? Quick Learner: Willingness to learn and understand health insurance terminology and concepts. ? Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze customer issues and provide solutions. ? Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
