Key Responsibilities

? Diligently review patient accounts and accurately document all interactions.

? Assist patients in establishing payments through various methods, including checks, credit cards, and electronic transfers.
? Comply with company policies and procedures to provide a seamless experience for our patients.
? Achieve or surpass designated performance objectives and targets.
? Collaborate closely with team leaders and management to resolve challenges and enhance patient satisfaction.
? Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by management to promote team success and patient contentment.
