CVS Health is seeking a dedicated and passionate Virtual Health Coordinator Nurse to join our team. As a part-time position, you will be working less than 4 hours per day, providing top-notch healthcare coordination remotely. Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license


• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience


• Proficient in using electronic health records (EHR)


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace


• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with telehealth platforms

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual health consultations to patients


• Coordinate care plans and follow-ups


• Educate patients on managing their health conditions


• Document patient interactions and maintain accurate records


• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care


• Monitor patient progress and provide ongoing support


• Assist with scheduling and administrative tasks as needed

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor? degree in Nursing (BSN) or Associate? degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited institution

Experience
