Job Description

Walmart is seeking dedicated and customer-oriented individuals to join our Call Center team as a Work From Home (WFH) Customer Service Representative. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive customer experience through efficient and effective communication. Responsibilities
? Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

? Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment.
? Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
? Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
? Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
? Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Educational Qualifications
? High School Diploma or equivalent required.
? Associate?s or Bachelor?s degree in a related field is a plus.
