SUMMARY: The Warehouse Assistant is directly responsible for the timely and accurate delivery and pick-up of customer products. In addition, this person will also assist with general Warehouse duties as needed.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: ? Personally exhibits, recruits and coaches associates consistent with Core Behaviors ? Responsible for promoting culture of safety ? Perform daily safety inspections ? Verify signatures and appropriate paperwork is collected ? Notify appropriate supervisory personnel of any discrepancies in a timely manner ? Receive and verify incoming shipments against packing slips ? Accurately sort, maintain, and stage product ? Put away stock ensuring proper labeling and placement ? Receive purchase orders, pick product and package for shipping ? Check items to be shipped against picking ticket to assure quantities, destinations and routing are correct ? Perform other duties as assigned ? Perform all work in accordance to ISO processes and procedures

QUALIFICATIONS: ? Must be proficient with knowledge of routes ? Must have strong customer service skills ? Must have excellent time management skills ? Must be able to communicate effectively ? Must have knowledge of DOT regulations and safety procedures

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: ? None

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
? High school diploma required
? No previous experience is required; 1-3 years experience is preferred

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
? Must have valid driver?s license

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
? Employee is regularly required to speak and understand English, stand, walk, sit, use hand to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms. Employee is required to use computer or other equipment.
? Employee frequently lifts and/or moves up to _50_ pounds. Specific vision abilities include close vision and the ability to clearly focus vision.

PPE REQUIRED:
? Eye protection, hearing protection, foot protection with metatarsal guard, puncture proof gloves.
