Job Overview:

The Warehouse Operations Specialist's main role is to fulfill customer orders by selecting and stacking products in accordance with the pick ticket or computer screen. To accomplish this, they must navigate the warehouse's pick area and build sturdy product pallets while maintaining safety, accuracy, and efficiency standards.

Duties & Responsibilities: ? Place product quantities onto designated pallets by following the instructions provided on the pick ticket while keeping in view the safety and stability of the goods. ? Effectively transfer stacks of products to diverse warehouse sections with the assistance of a Powered Industrial Truck, such as a Pallet Jack. ? Lend a hand in the maintenance of the warehouse's cleanliness and tidiness by helping out with housekeeping tasks as instructed. ? Observe and monitor PIT equipment, including safety features, brakes, and other key components, and document your findings in the PIT checklist. ? Correct any mistakes identified by the checker regarding product and quantity. ? Conduct miscellaneous activities to bolster the productivity of the warehouse operations.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
? Possessing the ability to work proficiently in a high-speed environment, traveling by foot, and repetitively conducting lifts of 30-pound objects.
? Skillfulness in bearing a weight of up to 75 pounds.
? Teams that collaborate effectively are more innovative and can come up with new ideas that might not have been possible to achieve individually.
? Develop and establish a set of standard operating procedures to govern warehouse activities and operations.
? Take the initiative to learn about different areas of your workplace and job responsibilities so that you can better adapt to changing situations and expectations.
? Be aware of any formatting, font size, or color changes that may convey important information.
? The capability to differentiate packages and a keen attention to detail are essential traits.
? Complete your work in a noisy and non-conditioned environment, where extreme temperatures add to the discomfort.

Minimum Qualifications: ? A work stint lasting a year confers insightful aptitude. ? The certification process for Pallet Jack operation consists of classroom instruction and hands-on training.
