Warehouse Production Labor

? 30-35 hours per week is the standard work schedule for many employees
? New hires will receive a starting pay of $23.75 an hour
Responsibilities:
It is necessary for an individual to undertake their duties and fulfill responsibilities regardless of accommodations required.
? Organizing the process of receiving and selecting incoming inventory to effectively fulfill outlet orders.
? The warehouse team relocates merchandise utilizing guidelines for product handling procedures.
? Plans and arranges products in a logical order suitable for shipment, while also unloading incoming freight from trucks or back-hauls.
? Performs cleaning activities to keep the warehouse facilities clean and to prevent safety hazards, taking necessary precautions to prevent accidents and slips.
? Performs inventory checks of warehouses in accordance with established procedures.
? By maintaining consistent communication and information sharing, this individual is able to work collaboratively with their peers, suppliers, and warehouse leaders.
? Proposes innovations to the warehouse management process for better organization.
? Inspects goods, talks with the warehouse management regarding merchandise quality, potential dangers, and cleanliness concerns.
? Has the freedom to act and choose independently within the limits of delegated responsibility.
? Helps the warehouse management team reach their predetermined budgeted targets.
? Executes all delegated duties with precision, effectiveness, and adherence to organizational protocols and guidelines.
? Observes the established procedures for implementing the ergonomic program.
? Prioritizes safety protocols and operates equipment for the successful completion of essential job duties.
? Reports any problems related to product quality, safety concerns, and sanitation issues to the responsible management team.

Education and Experience:

Physical Requirements: ? It is common for individuals to regularly move and position items that weigh up to 45 pounds onto pallets located at different elevations. ? Continuously shift goods from warehouse storage and get them ready for delivery to stores. ? Warehouse operations require frequent execution of tasks like sitting, standing, bending, reaching, gripping, pushing, pulling, lifting, carrying, and walking, which the employees must be capable of performing. ? This job necessitates one to function competently in divergent temperatures encompassing outdoor atmospheres, as well as refrigeration and freezer environments that can vary from extremely frigid to sweltering. ? Sound knowledge and the aptitude to operate powered industrial machinery safely is paramount.
