Responsibilities:

Fulfillment of responsibilities and performance of tasks is a requirement, despite the need for accommodations.
? Implementing an efficient system for the selection and receipt of incoming inventory to meet store demands.
? Goods are relocated throughout the warehouse based on guidelines for handling products.
? Carefully and methodically places and categorizes merchandise in preparation for shipping, and receives incoming shipment from trucks or back-hauls through thorough unloading.
? Undertakes cleaning assignments that aim to achieve high standards of cleanliness for a healthy and safe working environment in the warehouse.
? Carries out warehouse inventory counts in adherence to guidelines.
? The ability to interact and cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership is highly valued by this individual, who ensures communication is ongoing.
? Advises on potential process enhancements to streamline warehouse management.
? Inspects goods, talks with the warehouse management regarding merchandise quality, potential dangers, and cleanliness concerns.
? Performs tasks independently and is accountable for the results within the defined scope of authority.
? Supports the warehouse management team in achieving their budgetary objectives.
? Accomplishes assigned tasks with precision, swiftness, and in accordance with organizational policies and procedures.
? Implements the ergonomic program methodically in accordance with the established procedures.
? Executes essential job tasks while abiding by safety regulations and operating designated equipment.

Education and Experience:

Physical Requirements: ? One of the duties is to frequently move and position items that weigh up to 45 pounds onto pallets located at various heights. ? Regularly relocate inventory from warehouse shelves and package products for dispatch to stores. ? The physical demands of warehouse work necessitate the ability to perform activities such as sitting, standing, bending, reaching, gripping, pushing, pulling, lifting, carrying, and walking on a regular basis. ? This job necessitates one to function competently in divergent temperatures encompassing outdoor atmospheres, as well as refrigeration and freezer environments that can vary from extremely frigid to sweltering. ? The ability to skillfully control heavy-duty machinery with caution is a critical requirement.
