Web Chat Manager

Job Description:

Verizon is seeking a dynamic and experienced Web Chat Manager to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. As a Web Chat Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the web chat platform, ensuring a seamless and efficient customer experience. This role requires a high level of independence and adaptability, as well as strong innovation and research... skills.

Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee the web chat platform, including monitoring chat conversations, analyzing data, and implementing improvements
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize the web chat experience for customers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency across all customer touchpoints
• Train and mentor team members on best practices for web chat communication
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in web chat management
• Analyze performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in web chat management or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
• Proven track record of innovation and research in web chat management
• Experience with web chat platforms and tools
• Knowledge of customer service best practices
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
