### Requirements: *Qualifications:**

• **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor s degree preferred.
• **Experience:** A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, particularly in a web chat or digital support role.
• Proficient with web chat tools, CRM software, and general computer applications.
• Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
