Responsibilities: ? Contacting out list of clients to fullfill their request, schedule their follow up virtual Zoom appointment ? Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and virtual Zoom appointments ? Resolve customer inquiries, issues and ensure customer satisfaction ? Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies ? Process forms, applications, and requests promptly and accurately ? Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when interacting with customers ? Update customer information in the database ? Collaborate with team members ? Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and stay informed about the latest industry trends ? Contribute to improving customer service processes by sharing relevant insights and ideas

Qualifications: ? Bilingual is not required but is a plus ? 1- 2 years customer support or sales experience or relevant role, is a plus but not required ? Excellent verbal and written communication skills ? Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities ? Ability to adapt to various customer personalities and situations ? Proficient basic computer skills, including knowledge of customer service software and databases ? Ability to work independently with minimal supervision ? Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace ? Familiarity with our products/services is a plus
