### Requirements

– Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner.

– Provide accurate information regarding flight schedules, bookings, cancellations, and other customer inquiries.

– Assist customers with any issues or concerns they may have regarding their travel experience.

– Process booking modifications, cancellations, and refunds as per company policies.

– Document customer interactions and transactions accurately.

– Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers’ requests.

### Educational Qualifications
