Responsibilities:

Booking & Coordination:
? Assist clients in booking travel services, including flights, accommodations, cruises, car rentals, and tours
? Use online booking platforms to process reservations accurately and efficiently
? Customize travel recommendations based on client needs, preferences, and budgets

Customer Support:
? Provide exceptional service through phone, email, and online chat
? Answer questions about travel destinations, itineraries, and policies
? Handle changes, cancellations, and other requests with professionalism

Collaboration & Growth:
? Work closely with team members to provide seamless travel experiences
