Role Description

As a Trucking Dispatcher, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely delivery of goods and materials to our clients. Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate the transportation of goods and materials according to client needs and delivery schedules

• Monitor and track the location and progress of trucks and drivers using our advanced tracking systems

• Communicate with drivers to provide instructions, updates, and resolve any issues that may arise during their routes

• Manage and update the company's dispatch records and database with accurate and timely information

• Handle incoming calls and inquiries from clients, drivers, and other stakeholders, and provide exceptional customer service at all times

• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies to maintain a safe and efficient working environment

• Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and customer service, to ensure seamless operations and meet client demands
