Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Workday HCM Integration Consultant to join our teamthis full-time, remote. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 7 years of relevant work experience and will operate in a mid-level position.

Qualifications And Skills
? Proficiency in Workday HCM (Mandatory skill)
? Proficiency in Workday Studio (Mandatory skill)
? Proficiency in Enterprise Interface Builder (Mandatory skill)
? Experience with Workday Web Services, including creating and managing integration systems
? Strong understanding of Workday HCM integrations to optimize HR processes and workflows
? Experience working with ERP systems to establish seamless data flows between platforms
? Proficient with APIs to ensure effective communication between software components
? Knowledge of... various data integration tools to facilitate robust and reliable data transfer mechanisms

Roles And Responsibilities
? Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Workday HCM and other enterprise systems
? Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
? Utilize Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder, and other tools to build efficient integration solutions
? Ensure data integrity and consistency across different systems through meticulous testing and validation
? Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for existing integrations to address any issues and optimize performance
? Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features and enhancements in alignment with business needs
? Document integration processes and configurations to support future maintenance and scalability
? Stay updated with the latest developments in Workday HCM and integration technologies to provide innovative solutions to clients
