We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and dedicated Workers Compensation Associate Attorney to join our prestigious law firm. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with a solid legal background to take on challenging and diverse legal assignments. The successful candidate will be part of a high-performing team that handles complex legal matters and will have the opportunity to work with a diverse client base. Responsibilities

As a Permanent Associate Attorney, your duties will include but are not limited to
? Conducting comprehensive legal research and analysis to support case preparation and provide legal advice.
? Preparing legal documents such as briefs, pleadings, appeals, agreements, contracts, and legal memoranda.
? Representing clients in court, presenting evidence, and making compelling arguments.
? Collaborating with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and prepare for trials.
? Advising clients on their legal rights and obligations, as well as potential risks and outcomes.
? Negotiating settlements in civil disputes.
? Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of current laws, regulations, and legal trends.
? Ensuring all legal activities adhere to compliance and ethical standards.
? Participating in business development activities to attract new clients.

Qualifications

To be considered for the Permanent Associate Attorney position, you must have
? A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
? Admission to the state bar.
? A minimum of 1 year of experience as an attorney in a law firm
? Proven experience in conducting extensive legal research and analysis.
? Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to handle adversarial situations with tact and diplomacy.
? Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal issues in a clear and concise manner.
? Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
? Familiarity with legal software and advanced proficiency in MS Office.
? High ethical standards and professional integrity.
? Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
