Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or GED.
• High-speed internet connection with a minimum of 10 MBPS download speed (no satellite).
• A USB wired headset with a noise-canceling microphone.
• A quiet, secured workspace free from distractions.
• Professional and positive attitude with courteous telephone etiquette.
• Experience using a computer in a work or non-work setting.
• Ability to thrive in a highly structured environment.
