What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Input customer and account data by transcribing information from source documents into digital formats
? Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while performing data entry tasks
? Compile and verify the accuracy of data, sorting information according to priorities
? Review and correct any deficiencies or errors in data entries
? Generate reports and store completed work in designated locations, ensuring proper backup operations

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
? Excellent computer skills with the ability to enter data quickly and accurately
? Basic understanding of touch typing systems and database management tools
? Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking skills
? Previous experience in a Data Entry Clerk position is a plus

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Familiarity with data program techniques and procedures
? Experience with scanning documents and printing files as needed
