Overview

We are on the lookout for a meticulous and committed part-time bookkeeper to become a vital member of our dynamic small business team. This role offers an adaptable work schedule, requiring between 4 to 12 hours per month, with flexible hours throughout the year to meet our evolving business demands.

Key Responsibilities
?Maintain a thorough and comprehensive understanding of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
?Oversee general ledger maintenance and generate customized reports as needed.
?Exhibit strong time management abilities and responsiveness in all tasks.

Required Skills
?Proficiency in QuickBooks Online is essential; certification is advantageous but not mandatory.
?Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are crucial for success in this role.
?Experience in long-term care facilities, such as nursing homes or assisted living, is a valuable plus, especially in relation to government grants and funding.

Qualifications
?Expertise in bookkeeping or accounting is preferred.
