What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Professionally answer calls and address caller inquiries, routing calls to the appropriate resources
• Conduct research using available resources to provide accurate information to callers
• Identify and escalate complex issues to the research team as necessary
• Complete required administrative work and maintain accurate call logs
• Assist with additional projects as assigned by the supervisor

What is Required (Qualifications):
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage high call volumes
• Proficient in using computers and familiar with Microsoft Office Suite

• Experience in a call center or customer service role
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
