In this role, you will handle inquiries and provide solutions, ensuring that every guest feels the magic that only Disney can offer. You will be equipped with the necessary training and tools to perform at your best, including knowledge of our parks, events, products, and services. This position demands excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a genuine love for engaging with people.

**Responsibilities:**

1. Deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest inquiries via phone, email, or live chat.

2. Provide accurate information about Disney parks, events, products, and services.

3. Resolve guest issues with a positive and professional demeanor, escalating complex issues as necessary.

4. Maintain a thorough understanding of all Disney offerings to enhance the guest experience.

5. Ensure personal targets and service standards are met consistently.

6. Assist in creating magical moments for guests by going above and beyond routine service expectations.

7. Participate in ongoing training to stay current with company policies, promotions, and procedures.

**Requirements:**

1. High school diploma or equivalent; higher education preferred.

2. Proven experience in customer service or a related field.

3. Strong command of both verbal and written communication skills.

4. Ability to work remotely with a dedicated, quiet workspace free from distractions.

5. Reliable high-speed internet connection.

6. Flexible availability that includes weekends, holidays, and possibly evenings.

7. A passion for Disney and thorough knowledge of its products and services.

**Educational Qualifications:**

– Minimum: High School Diploma or equivalent

– Preferred: Associate? or Bachelor? degree in Hospitality, Communications, or related field

**Experience:**

– Previous experience in a customer service role is highly desirable, especially within the hospitality or entertainment industry.
